Like Jiu-Jitsu, the arts of Aikido and Aikijutsu do not rely on force to prevail against your opponent.  Considered a "Soft Art" because techniques do not depend upon striking or dominating physical strength, the Aiki arts are ideal for everyone, especially women and young adults.

Jiu-Jitsu is an art of technique, not brute force.  When you train Jiu-Jitsu it does not matter if your opponent is bigger or stronger, younger or faster.  Jiu-Jitsu is an art that removes those factors from the equation.  Jiu-Jitsu is ideal for everyone, especially women, young adults and kids.

Training in Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) does not mean you (or your child) are headed for the Octagon -- unless that is your goal!  The Spartan MMA Program is simply a training program that combines the best of several martial arts into a single system.

The FREE Spartan Female Self-Defense Program is for adults, young women and -- with parental permission -- girls as young as 11.  The Program is designed specifically for females, with appropriate techniques and lessons suited to the requirements of Female Self-Defense.

Open to boys & girls ages 6-11

Children begin forming traits and habits very early in life.  Developing confidence, respect, courage and other essential life skills must begin as early as possible. The Spartan Kids Program provides the perfect learning opportunity to develop these traits while having fun!

Open to: Men, Women & Young Adults upon approval

Based on the combatives system of Lieutenant-Colonel William Fairbarn & Major Eric Sykes taught in WWII to commandos, spies, saboteurs and secret agents of the American Office of Strategic Services (O.S.S.) and the British Special Operations Executive (S.O.E.).

The O.S.S. Combatives program includes hand-to-hand combat, blade, handgun & rifle techniques at contact and CQB ranges.  This program is no-holds-barred fighting for defensive survival focused on technique, not philosophy or 'spiritual development'.
